The Chinese television program World Traveller visited the New York campus of The Culinary Institute of America to learn more about the world’s premier culinary college. During the segment, Professor Shirley Cheng tells viewers-in her native language-about the degree programs the CIA offers for international students and the restaurants and cooking classes for visitors to experience.

Founded in 1946, The Culinary Institute of America is the world’s premier culinary college.
